Preparing for departure

My wife and I are embarking on a new adventure and it will involve travels, new landscapes and adjusting to the political situation in the USA. We know it won’t be easy, but we believe we can make a big difference in the places we visit.

For our first day of downsizing we tried to have a art/ craft supply sale. A lot was sold to a friend. The hope was to offload as much as we could, but we were able to at least send along some of the bigger ticket items. We are hoping to get more art pieces into the world, but if not some may become a ‘Easter egg hunt’ of pottery or just a smashed thing on the pavement. I also know that what I have made has a specific audience. I have made things that are honing my skills, and things that are representative of the pieces that I always admired. I have also used my science background to make things that use clay and knowledge to make ‘art’. My art is representative of my journey through so many issues, and trying to let people know that even if they feel broken they can accomplish anything.

Please follow our journey. We will show the beauty of the places we travel, and we will show a glimpse of what is actually happening in the USA vs what is being reported, because we will pull no punches.
